		<description>Enjoyed this and immediately saw the connection to chapters - we&#039;re struggling with how to do the &quot;events&quot; cheaper, easier, better, cooler.  Chapters have long focused on being event machines when they really should be connection machines. I&#039;ll be sharing this posting over on my blog for sure.

Side note, we ran a leadership &quot;unconference&quot; for an association&#039;s chapter leaders last month and it was quite successful. The leaders went away feeling like this was their conference. I think by adding the wiki we could double the power.</description>
